What Clients Have to Say…

“I have been working with Rachel for years and I am so appreciative or all that she has done for me. Recovery can be very difficult and scary, but Rachel has always made me feel supported and empowered. She is very compassionate and thoughtful in both her advice and delivery, ensuring I leave each session feeling so much better than before. Reflecting on my mental state in our first session, I do not know where I would be be without her. I feel like a completely different person now and I still can’t wait for our check ins because I leave each feeling lighter and better than before. I truly do not have enough words to describe how she has impacted my life for the better. I am forever grateful!”
